Place “Indicol” dial indicator holder on spindle nose

Place spindle in neutral gear.

Set indicator to swing a 9” circle (Full Y table width or tram ring diameter)

Set X axis first

Set a zero position in the X axis

Swing indicator 180 degrees in the X axis, note difference on indicator

Loosen the four ¾” bolts, and snug them

Using geared worm shaft, adjust as necessary

Re-torque the four bolts to 50 ft lbs
-

Repeat for the Y axis
-
(Note: the table is designed to be approximately .0005” high the front)

Loosen and snug three ¾” bolts
-
Using geared worm shaft adjust to .0005” high in front, zero in rear
-
Re-torque bolts to 50 ft. lbs.
